ELS Language Centers/ Oklahoma City is an Intensive English Program based on the campus of Oklahoma City University, where it has operated since 1976. The school is home to the TESOL Inc. Excellence in Teaching Award 2008 recipient Judith Dillon. Its Academic Director, Nelson Einwaechter, is president of OKTESOL, Oklahoma's professional ESL organization.

ELS OKC has two main programs: its 6 hour-per-day Intensive program, and its 4 hour per day Semi-Intensive program.
ELS Language Centers/ Oklahoma City offers the IELTS and TOEIC once per month. It offers the iBT TOEFL twice per month. It is the only IELTS testing site within a 200-mile radius.
ELS Language Centers is accredited by ACCET. In addition, the Oklahoma State Regents for Higher Education granted ELS Language Centers/ Oklahoma City a full 5-year approval for its Intensive English program.
